Richmond Language Training policies and guidelines

Payment

All tuition and accommodation fees must be paid in full prior to commencement. We regret that we cannot accept payment of fees by instalments.

Refund

Our classes are planned for a limited number of students, for which reason fees are not refundable. RLT cannot accept any responsibility for unforeseen changes in studentsâ?? circumstances that may prevent attendance. We recommend that students take out travel and medical insurance. Fees will be refunded if a course is cancelled due to an insufficient number of students, or for any other reason beyond our control. Please note that changes are possible only within the same enrolment period.

Holidays

We regret there is no reduction in fees for Bank Holidays. Holidays may not be taken without the agreement of the Director.
