Social Life

The proximity of Richmond-upon-Thames to Central London (20 minutes by train) allows students easy access to London's many and varied attractions.  The staff of RLT are always available to offer advice and and recommendations on places to visit to students who use this opportunity to make friends from around the world and develop their social skills and use of everyday English outside the classroom.

During the summer months RLT organises social and cultural activities and exciting excursions visiting such places as Hampton Court Palace, Windsor Castle, Stratford-upon-Avon, Bath and Stonehenge, Brighton and all the famous London attractions including Madame Tussaud's, The Houses of Parliament, Tower Bridge, Buckingham Palace, Covent Garden and the many London museums.
